This evening hike invites a gentle, intentional journey through Sedona’s red rock landscape, guided by experienced facilitators. The experience unfolds naturally, guided by the land, the setting sun, and the rhythm of the group.

Opening & Intention Setting

We begin by gathering together to pause, ground, and set a personal intention. Your guides offer gentle prompts and reflection exercises to help you arrive fully in your body and mind, preparing for an evening of connection, presence, and mindful exploration.

Mindful Hike & Nature Immersion

The hike itself is calm and intentional, allowing space to move at your own pace while soaking in the sunset hues. Along the way, your guides share insights into Sedona’s natural features, geology, and history. Periodic moments of stillness, meditation, and reflection help you deepen your connection to the landscape and yourself.

Sunset Pause & Nourishing Refreshment

As the sun dips below the horizon, we pause to savor the view and enjoy a light snack or beverage. This moment invites reflection, gratitude, and a quiet sense of awe—anchoring the calm and presence cultivated throughout the hike.

Once darkness falls, take in Sedona’s clear night sky. Your guides may point out stars, constellations, and cosmic rhythms, offering a gentle way to connect with the vastness of the universe while staying grounded in the present moment.
