Where are the retreat accommodations?

We use many different short term rentals in Sedona, almost every retreat is at a different luxury location. We will send out the accommodation information 30 days prior to travel so you may arrange transportation.

When are check-in and check-out times?

Check-in starts at 4:00 pm on the first day, and check-out is by 10:00 am on the last day of the retreat.

What do I need to bring?

Come prepared to have a fabulous time!

Here are some things that can make your visit more comfortable:
 
 Water bottle
 Yoga attire
 We provide yoga mats
 Warm clothes/sweater/jacket*
 It  is imperative when traveling in winter, you bring warm, layered  clothing, beanies, gloves, warm socks - many of our activities will be  outdoors, and it can be a bit chilly. Likewise, when traveling  in warmer months, make sure you bring layers, as the temperature can  change drastically from morning to evening. Both the desert and the rain forest can have extreme  weather changes, and the evenings can be very cold.
 Hiking sandals, shoes, or boots
 Extra socks
 No need for fancy clothes, everything we do is casual.
 Umbrella or poncho just in case
 Bathing suit for jacuzzi and pool 
 Sunscreen
 Day bag
 Journal - a small one for notes will be provided
 A great attitude!
