She founded a holistic lifestyle publishing business (Natural Nutmeg & Essential Naples Magazines) with nothing more than passion, a laptop and a dream, and has created a socially conscious print and digital platform that has touched thousands of people in the last 19 years. She also has her own podcast and internet radio show called The Dr. Diane Show on Transformation Talk Radio. She holds a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Connecticut, a Ph.D. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Maryland and is an Empowerment Life Coach.
